Supply Chain Assessment
A Turn Key Solution actively conducts supply chain assessments to help organisations develop a greater potential to flex or compress their supply chain operations. Managing tight operating budgets while servicing the new market demand and existing clients needs places pressure on supply chain managers to stay within their budget. The constant focus on cost controls throughout the year tends to limit supply chain improvement opportunities. We will provide this project management focus with a fact based approach that narrows down to the core issues to deliver supply chain performance improvements.
Our supply chain assessment consists of 3 components:
Covers an overview of your organization based on discussions with your project lead or project team. We cover the usual questions to really get your perspective on the current state of your supply chain, what issues you feel need to be addressed and the direction you wish to move your organization. Its establishing the terms of reference for the supply chain assessment.
A review phase is really about fact finding and building an awareness of either a part of the supply chain in question or the full end to end supply chain. This is where we devote considerable time and effort to take a closer look at your business, to engage in discussions with relevant stakeholders and gather core data and/or information for further detailed analysis.
In the evaluation phase, we filter our learnings and remove perceptions by comparing actual performance data against best practice supply chains within your vertical. We follow a structured and methodical analysis process which is underpinned by facts and our “next steps solutions road map” has a high confidence level. Our supply chain assessment offers clients the opportunity to quality or validate their processes, practices, supply chain metrics and their supply chain technology solutions to support the business. Our aim is to identify performance gaps and build a “next steps solutions road map” on your strengths.
